Our new clients, a friendly family of 5 are seeking to hire an experienced Houseman to join their household on permanent live-in or live-out basis. The family are a lovely couple with three children aged 7, 14 and 16. The principals live in a fairly large new built house in Kensington, Greater London and travel to their second residence in the countryside on the weekends.
The ideal employee should be friendly, easy-going attitude, reliable, enthusiastic and an energetic individual. We are looking for a person who is wants to be employed long term. The family also employ a live-in housekeeper at the London residence who has been with them for over 8 years. We can only accept applicants who have experience in a private household, as well as references to support the application.
If undertaken as a live-in role, you will have private accommodation with double bedroom and en suite bathroom. The role is also open to live-out candidates.

Working days: Mon - Fri
Working hours: flexible, around 10 hours per day
Salary: 38,600 GBP Gross per year (Salary Calculator)
Starting date: ASAP

Duties:
- Cleaning
- Butler duties with a “personal” service
- Shopping when required
- Gardening
- Occasional driving
- Picking up the children from school in the evening
- Simple handy man duties
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years of working experience as a houseman in a private family
- Excellent checkable references
- UK Working permit
- Driving Licence
- Able and willing to adapt to routines specific to the home
