There will also be a service dog travelling with them named Major Tom who is very well behaved hence it is imperative that you do not have any allergies.
During their stay, they will be entertaining up to 10 guests and due to this, it will be a very busy household. You will be required to help with the meet and greets. Important information for the butler is that the family are not expecting silver service and it is not a formal household but they are less formal.
They are in London as some of them are competing at the Wimbledon Tennis championships. You will be required to assist with serving breakfast and dinner for the family and their guests. They are incredibly family-orientated and enjoy nights in with each other and friends. It will be an informal setting over dinner, a “family-style” setup verse a more formal platted experience
As the family are very active, some of your duties will be PA orientated, including booking some activities for the family to do in their spare time as per request. You will also be required to be hands on in assisting the housekeeper with some of the housekeeping duties whilst the family members and guests are away. As well as assisting the chef with sourcing the ingredients and keeping the financial records.
