Working as a Housekeeper Cook in a busy private family requires a blend of organisational skills, culinary expertise, and a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience in domestic households, confidence in preparing Mediterranean and healthy family-style meals, and the ability to collaborate smoothly with a private chef and fellow housekeeper.

This position also involves the flexibility to travel with the family for trips lasting from one to five weeks, both within Europe and the USA.

Main duties of the Full-Time Housekeeper Cook:

• Preparing high-quality dinners and occasional additional meals, with a strong focus on Mediterranean cuisine and healthy dishes.
• Collaborating effectively with the private chef and another housekeeper to ensure smooth household operations.
• Carrying out general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, ironing, wardrobe organisation, and patio maintenance.
• Assisting with a wide range of domestic tasks to maintain a well-ordered home environment.
• Travelling with the family to Europe and the USA for periods of one to five weeks, ensuring continuity of service during trips.
• Caring for the family dog, including feeding, basic grooming, and general oversight.
• Utilising strong organisational skills to manage household tasks proactively and efficiently.
• A driving licence is considered a bonus.

Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper Cook job:

• Three or more years of private housekeeper cook experience
• Two excellent checkable references
• Conversational English
• UK working permit
