This is an ideal opportunity for a professional Housekeeper/Nanny in Berkshire looking for long-term, part-time work with varied responsibilities.

This private housekeeper/nanny position in Berkshire involves working 2 days per week (specific days to be confirmed, though Friday is excluded). The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, be proactive in managing domestic tasks, and feel comfortable supporting young children with schoolwork, activities, and routines.

The role focuses primarily on housekeeping—including standard and deeper cleans, laundry, tidying —but also includes supporting children with snacks, light lunches, basic food service and pantry organisation. The family also have two small pets (guinea pigs), and the successful candidate will be responsible for their general care and maintaining their living environment. Applicants must be in possession of a full UK driving licence, as driving is a key requirement of the position.

Duties Will Include:

General housekeeping (tidying, dusting, hoovering, surface cleaning, organising)
Laundry and ironing
Changing bed linen
Deep cleaning on occasion
Preparing healthy, balanced children’s meals in line with the family’s dietary guidelines
School drop-off/pick-up
Supporting the children with homework and after-school routines
Cleaning the guinea pig cage and light pet care
Ensuring the home is organised and well-maintained

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience working in UHNW households or with high-profile families preferred
Excellent checkable references
A full, clean UK driving licence
Highly organised, punctual, and capable of working independently
UK work permit
Kind, dependable, child-friendly with good common sense
