Perfect Household Staff is seeking a highly skilled and discreet butler to provide personal service for a client and their spouse, who will be residing in different countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both butler and housekeeper services to ensure a comfortable and well-organised living environment. This role involves providing day-to-day support, including managing household tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all aspects of the household run smoothly, wherever the clients are residing.

The primary duties will include overseeing the cleanliness and organisation of the property, tidying up, laundry, and performing light housekeeping duties. The butler will also be required to provide light cooking and table service, ensuring the clients’ dining preferences are met with discretion and attention to detail. This will involve managing the setup of meals, serving food elegantly, and ensuring a seamless and pleasurable dining experience.
In addition to household duties, the butler will be responsible for lifestyle organisation, including managing household inventories, overseeing the care of personal items, and ensuring that everything from wardrobe management to personal effects is in pristine order. The butler will coordinate appointments, arrange travel, and manage the clients' schedules, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and discreetly. The role will also include managing household supplies and ensuring the property is always well-maintained and stocked with necessary items.
As there will be no other household staff, the butler will need to be highly independent, able to perform all required duties autonomously, and maintain the utmost level of privacy and confidentiality. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent service in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the clients at all times. Requirements for this Full-Time Butler job:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in luxury residential settings or for UHNWIs.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the principal’s schedule and requirements
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- A proactive and resourceful approach with the ability to anticipate the needs of the principal and the property
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and workload management skills
- Checkable references
