Starting in February, the successful candidate will care for a newborn baby, who will be one month old at the commencement of employment. The family values warmth, patience, and genuine nurturing, and a nanny fluent in Georgian or Ukrainian is preferable. Applicants with a medical or pedagogical background are highly regarded, though college-level or secondary specialised education is also welcomed.
The family is committed to supporting their nanny, offering relocation assistance and guidance with visa arrangements. A private room with a bathroom will be provided, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
The role offers a flexible six-day working week to accommodate the baby’s needs, and a supportive household, including a housekeeper who manages general cleaning two to three times per week, allows the nanny to focus on the child’s care. Responsibilities include child-focused housekeeping and cooking only.
The ideal candidate is kind, patient, highly organised, and maintains impeccable hygiene. The family offers a competitive salary of six to ten thousand dirhams per month and up to three weeks of annual leave in accordance with UAE legislation.

Live in Maternity Nanny duties will include:
- Caring for a newborn baby, ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional well-being
- Managing child-focused housekeeping, including cleaning, organising, and maintaining the baby’s environment
- Preparing meals and bottles for the child as needed
- Assisting with the baby’s daily routine, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules
- Monitoring and supporting the child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- Encouraging age-appropriate sensory, motor, and social development through play and interaction
- Observing and reporting any health, behaviour, or developmental concerns to the parents
- Supporting the family by adapting to their routine and providing attentive, nurturing care
- Keeping accurate records of feeding, sleeping, and developmental milestones
- Providing comfort and reassurance during teething, illness, or periods of distress
- Accompanying the child on short outings or supervised activities as needed
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all child-related areas
Requirements for this Full-Time Maternity Nanny job:
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a maternity or childcare nanny
- Medical or pedagogical background preferred; college-level or secondary specialised education acceptable
- Excellent personal hygiene, cleanliness, and organisational skills
- Kind, patient, and genuinely caring attitude towards children
- Flexible and willing to work six days per week with adaptable hours according to the child’s needs
- Non-smoker
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, with the family assisting with relocation and visa arrangements
- Knowledge of Georgian or Ukrainian is preferable
