- Educating and assisting parents in their transition to parenthood, providing gentle coaching and reassurance.
- Packing and organising baby essentials for travel if required.
- Respecting the family’s privacy and maintaining absolute discretion at all times.
Minimal Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maternity Nanny or Maternity Nurse in a private household.
- Extensive newborn care knowledge, including sleep training and developmental support.
- Strong understanding of early childhood milestones and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
- UK working permit.
