Job Overview:
A prestigious family located in London is seeking a dedicated live-out Norland graduate to care for their 3-month-old infant. The nanny will oversee all aspects of the baby’s daily care, including bottle feeding or breastfeeding support, maintaining and adapting age-appropriate sleep routines, monitoring the infant’s health and wellbeing, and ensuring consistent hygiene through regular nappy changes and bathing.
Key responsibilities include planning and delivering developmental and sensory activities suitable for a 3-month-old, such as supervised tummy time, early motor-skills practice, and gentle language stimulation. The nanny will support the family in tracking developmental milestones, preparing for upcoming stages, and accompanying the infant to baby classes or local activities.
Close partnership with the parents is essential to coordinate routines, ensure continuity of care, and provide a calm, nurturing environment for the infant.

Live Out Maternity Nanny duties will include:
- Providing full daily care for a 3-month-old infant, including bottle feeding and breastfeeding support.
- Establishing, maintaining, and gently adapting age-appropriate sleep routines.
- Monitoring the infant’s general health, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the day.
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, including regular nappy changes, bathing, and care of feeding equipment.
- Planning and delivering suitable developmental activities such as supervised tummy time, sensory play, early motor-skills exercises, and gentle language stimulation.
- Tracking developmental progress and supporting the family in preparing for upcoming milestones.
- Maintaining a calm, nurturing atmosphere to promote secure attachment and healthy development.
- Working in close partnership with the parents to coordinate routines and ensure consistency of care.
