Perfect Household Staff is proud to introduce a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, kind, and devoted Nanny to join a private family based in the heart of Monaco. The position offers long-term stability, a highly respectful working environment, and the chance to become an integral part of a warm and caring household.
This is a permanent live-out role, offering full-time hours Monday to Friday, with a primary focus on the full care and well-being of two delightful children — a 4-year-old boy and a 1- year-old girl. The role is based in a well-appointed three-bedroom apartment, with one floor and three bathrooms. A weekly cleaner is employed, so only light tidying and upkeep of child-related areas are required.
The family is looking for someone who is calm, patient, and genuinely passionate about childcare. A non-smoker, this individual must be discreet, flexible, and emotionally intelligent. Proven private experience, a First Aid Certificate, and the ability to follow routine and allergy management protocols are essential.

Job Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required)
- Salary: €3,000 – €4,000 net/month depending on experience

- Travel: Required within the EU; occasional trips with family

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality, attentive, and nurturing care to both children
- Planning age-appropriate activities, play, and learning support
- Ensuring emotional and physical safety of both children at all times
- Managing children’s daily routines, including nap times, feeding, and hygiene
- Maintaining tidiness in children’s bedrooms, play areas, and high-use zones
- Light meal preparation for children, and occasionally for the family
- Monitoring allergies and administering meals in line with medical guidance
- Ensuring a smooth routine while abroad
- Communicating clearly and kindly with the parents regarding the children’s development and wellbeing
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a private nanny
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Excellent references from previous families
- Fluent English
- Non-smoker
- Positive, gentle, and emotionally intelligent personality
- EU passport or valid European work permit
- Willingness to travel with the family when required
