Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a superb opportunity for an experienced and caring Nanny to support a lovely family based in Dubai. The family are expecting their first child, with the mother due at the end of September, and they are seeking a warm, calm, and reliable professional to provide hands-on support from the baby’s very first days.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the household, supporting the mother with all aspects of newborn care and gradually helping to establish healthy routines for feeding, sleeping, and early development. This is a role that requires a genuine love of children, patience, and the ability to create a nurturing, secure environment where the baby can thrive.
In addition to day-to-day childcare, the Nanny will be responsible for maintaining the nursery, ensuring the baby’s belongings are organised and hygienic, and assisting with baby-related laundry and bottle care. The family value a candidate who can bring both professional expertise and a warm, personal touch, working collaboratively with the mother and offering gentle guidance when needed.

Type: Full-Time, Live Out, Permanent
Salary: 10,000 - 12,000 AED per month
Working Days: 5 days per week, plus 2 Saturdays per month (4–6 hours each)
Working Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week
Location: Dubai, UAE
Starting Date: End of September / Early October 2025
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per year
Main Duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Newborn care from birth: feeding support, changing, settling and safe sleep practices
- Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate routines in collaboration with the mother
- Monitoring milestones and encouraging early development through gentle, age-appropriate stimulation
- Keeping the nursery organised; baby-related laundry, bottle/steriliser care and hygiene
- Maintaining a safe, calm and nurturing environment; daily updates to parents on progress and routines
- Coordinating with parents and following their preferences to ensure continuity of care
Minimal Requirements for the Full-Time Nanny:
- Three or more years of relevant private nanny experience.
- Two excellent checkable references.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Eligibility to work in Dubai
