Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising all household operations, including overseeing team schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and enhancement projects.
- Conceptualising and executing family events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, handling every detail to perfection.
- Managing all correspondence and acting as a gatekeeper for external communications, safeguarding the family’s privacy and reputation.
- Monitoring household budgets, tracking expenses meticulously, and providing detailed financial reporting while sourcing cost-effective solutions for high-end needs.
- Acquiring unique or hard-to-find items, booking exclusive experiences, and arranging bespoke services tailored to the family’s discerning tastes.
- Coordinating all aspects of the children’s educational and extracurricular activities, building strong relationships with schools, tutors, and activity organisers.
- Maintaining impeccable organisation of household inventories, ensuring every necessity is readily available and systematically stored.
- Introducing cutting-edge tools and systems to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall functionality of the household.
- Overseeing multiple high-value properties, ensuring every detail of each residence is maintained to unparalleled standards.
- Taking charge of special projects, including managing high-profile philanthropic events, property renovations, and private family ventures with precision and discretion.
Minimal Requirements:
- Five or more years of private PA experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and multitask effectively.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent, checkable references.
- UK working permit.
