Key Responsibilities:

• Providing chauffeur services for the family, ensuring their comfort, safety, and punctuality at all times.
• Maintaining the family’s luxury vehicles, including regular servicing, cleaning, and ensuring they are in prime condition for use.
• Managing and optimising routes to ensure timely arrivals while being mindful of traffic and other external factors.
• Assisting with luggage, shopping, and errands, providing full support during family outings or events.
• Coordinating with household staff to accommodate any changes in schedule or special requirements.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers, adhering to safe driving protocols and providing a secure environment during travel.
• Keeping the vehicles well-stocked with necessary items, such as bottled water, refreshments, and any specific needs the family may require.
• Accompanying family members to events, ensuring that they arrive promptly and in style while maintaining the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Handling all vehicle-related tasks, including refuelling, parking, and keeping the vehicle clean and tidy at all times.
• Attending to family needs during trips, such as assisting with door opening, providing an escort when required, and offering a polite and professional service.
• Managing the scheduling and logistics of the family’s travel, ensuring the timely arrangement of vehicles for any planned or last-minute trips.
• Maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times, including personal grooming and vehicle cleanliness.
• Liaising with third-party service providers, such as private airport handlers, ensuring seamless transitions during international travel.
• Handling emergency situations calmly, efficiently, and with confidence, ensuring the family’s safety at all times.
• Providing security-related services when required, ensuring family members are protected during outings, in collaboration with other staff members.
• Reporting any vehicle issues immediately to the family or maintenance providers to ensure immediate resolution and minimal disruption.
• Fostering positive relationships with the family and other staff, acting as a dependable and supportive member of the team.

Minimal Requirements:

• Five or more years of professional chauffeur experience with a proven track record of working with high-net-worth families.
• Extensive knowledge of Ascot, Berkshire, and surrounding areas.
• Experience maintaining luxury vehicles and understanding the intricacies of high-end automotive care.
• Clean UK driving licence with no points or accidents.
• Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
• UK working permit.
