Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transporting the family to schools, appointments, social events, and airports, ensuring punctuality and comfort.
• Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of the family’s luxury vehicles, coordinating with service providers for regular checks and addressing any mechanical issues promptly.
• Planning efficient routes to avoid delays, using advanced navigation tools and staying informed about traffic and weather conditions.
• Assisting with luggage handling, errands, and deliveries, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision.
• Supporting the family during events by coordinating guest transportation and providing seamless logistical support.
• Ensuring vehicles are stocked with necessary items, such as refreshments, first-aid kits, and other essentials tailored to the family’s needs.
• Upholding strict confidentiality, ensuring the family’s privacy is maintained at all times.
• Reacting swiftly to unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden schedule changes or vehicle breakdowns, with a composed and resourceful attitude.
• Liaising with household staff and external service providers to align on daily plans and ensure smooth operations.
• Offering ad hoc assistance as required, from organising vehicle upgrades to managing VIP airport services

Minimal Requirements:

• Five or more years of professional chauffeur experience.
• Proven track record of working with high-net-worth families.
• Clean UK driving licence with no penalties.
• Knowledge of Sunningdale and surrounding Berkshire areas.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• UK working permit.
