The family is seeking a professional specialising in authentic Russian cuisine, capable of delivering a refined and traditional culinary experience.

Working as a private Chef for a single-event engagement requires precision, efficiency, and refined presentation skills. The selected professional will collaborate closely with the principals to finalise and execute a pre-agreed menu of authentic Russian dishes. Responsibilities will include sourcing and purchasing high-quality ingredients, preparing and presenting the meal to an exceptional standard, and ensuring the kitchen is left immaculate following service. Although the dinner is for two adults only, attention to detail, authenticity, and professional discretion are essential. The role requires flexibility and confidence in managing the entire culinary process independently.

This is a live-out engagement located in Dubai, a city with excellent transport infrastructure, making the property easily accessible.
Main duties of the Part-Time Private Chef:
- Consulting with the principals to confirm and refine the authentic Russian menu.
- Purchasing all necessary high-quality ingredients in advance of the event.
- Preparing and presenting traditional Russian cuisine to a professional standard.
- Managing the kitchen efficiently and independently during the engagement.
- Ensuring impeccable hygiene standards throughout preparation and service.
- Clearing and leaving the kitchen in pristine condition following the event.
- Demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
Requirements for this Part-Time Private Chef job:
- Three or more years of private chef experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Conversational English
- UAE working permit
