Job Overview:

Perfect Household Staff are offering a full-time, live-in position for a Russian-speaking housekeeper in a private villa in Dubai, starting on 1 January. The home is a large, well-maintained three-storey villa in a quiet and prestigious area. Only one adult lives in the property, so the household is calm, organised and well structured.

A live-out gardener and a live-out pool and grounds specialist take care of all outdoor areas. The principal travels often, and during these periods the housekeeper will stay in the villa to look after the home and the pets. When the principal is away, the routine is quieter once daily tasks are completed.

The household has one dog and one cat, so the role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with pet care. Daily cooking is an important part of the role, with meals prepared according to the principal’s preferences. Russian is used for daily communication with the principal, and basic English is needed to speak with suppliers and visitors.

The position includes private accommodation with a bedroom and bathroom. Thirty days of paid annual leave are offered after six months of employment, and relocation support may be available. This is a long-term, stable role for a reliable and experienced housekeeper who enjoys working in a peaceful private household.

Main duties of the Full Time Housekeeper:

Cleaning main living areas daily and keeping all other rooms tidy.
Full housekeeping: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms and bed making.
Caring for marble, wood and stone surfaces using the correct products.
Laundry, ironing and wardrobe organisation, including delicate clothing.
Keeping the kitchen, terraces and balconies clean and organised.
Daily pet care: feeding, giving medicine and walking the dog.
Speaking with suppliers and supervising visits when needed.
Checking household supplies and reporting what needs to be bought.
Running small errands and helping the principal when required.
Basic table service for meals.
Daily cooking according to the principal’s preferences.
Staying in the villa during travel and keeping the home safe and well maintained.

Requirements for The Full-Time Housekeeper job:

Fluent Russian; basic to conversational English.
Private household or VIP experience; UAE experience preferred.
High-standard housekeeping background.
Good knowledge of luxury surfaces and clothing care.
Strong laundry and wardrobe skills.
Discreet, professional and reliable.
Well organised and able to work independently.
Physically fit and comfortable living in.
Experience caring for pets.
Based in Dubai; UAE visa is a plus.
Confident daily cooking skills.
