Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a professional, nurturing, and highly organised Rota Live-In Russian speaking Nanny to join a warm Russian family residing in the prestigious area of Dubai Hills, Dubai. The family consists of two principals and three children and maintain a fully staffed yet informal household where teamwork, time-management, and adherence to the principals’ requirements are highly valued. The role is focused on the youngest child — a 1-year-old baby girl — and requires a dedicated, attentive nanny who will provide round-the-clock care within a structured rota.
Dubai Hills is a modern, family-oriented community known for its recreation zones, luxury villas, and safe environment, offering an excellent lifestyle setting for a long-term position. Working as a Rota Live-In Nanny within this household involves providing full childcare for the 1-year-old child on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation, covering seven days per week whilst on duty. All shopping, cleaning, and household management duties are fully covered by other staff members, allowing the Nanny to concentrate exclusively on childcare.
The primary responsibility is to remain with the baby at all times, including sleeping in the same en-suite bedroom, ensuring her safety, comfort, and wellbeing around the clock. The role includes preparing fresh meals for the child, organising age-appropriate developmental activities, maintaining sleep routines, accompanying the child on walks, and ensuring she is happy, well-fed, and well-rested. The household environment encourages collaboration, with another nanny employed for the older children who assists with onboarding and provides mutual support when required.

Main duties of the Rota Live-in Nanny:
- Providing full-time, sole-charge care for a 1-year-old child
- Preparing nutritious, age-appropriate meals for the baby
- Establishing and maintaining consistent sleep and daily routines
- Sleeping in the same room to ensure overnight supervision
- Organising stimulating, age-appropriate developmental activities
- Encouraging early learning through play and interaction
- Taking the child on daily walks and outdoor activities
- Monitoring safety at all times and ensuring a secure environment
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive development
- Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household
- Following principals’ childcare preferences and household guidelines
- Assisting with smooth handovers during rota transitions
Requirements for this Rota Live-In Nanny:
- Minimum of 3 years of private housekeeping experience
- Two excellent, checkable references
- Conversational level of Russian
- Legal right to work in the UAE
