The family includes two toddlers aged 1 and 2, with a newborn due at the end of May, and two older children (aged 5 and 8) who join the household periodically. This is a devoted, hands-on family who prioritise strong family values, and raising their children with clear moral foundations.
The parents are actively involved and seek a Nanny who will integrate seamlessly into family life, supporting their parenting style with care, wisdom and maturity. Working as a Nanny within this household will involve shared-care alongside a very present mother, with a focus on toddler development, supervision, structured routine and emotional support. The role is not a sole-charge position in the traditional sense; rather, it is a collaborative partnership, assisting with supervision, educational play, language development (Russian and English), light meal preparation support and general childcare duties.
No driving duties are required, as the family will employ a driver. The family is seeking a long-term commitment from a professional who values stability, discretion and faith alignment.

Job Details:
Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Initially Live-Out, transitioning to Live-In)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day (flexibility required)
Language: Fluent English and Russian essential
Children: 1 year, 2 years, newborn (due end of May), plus occasional care for children aged 5 and 8
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (market rate)
Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE
Starting Date: Mid-March (flexible for the right candidate)
The Duties Will Include:
- Providing attentive care to toddlers aged 1 and 2 in a shared-care capacity
- Supporting a mother with a newborn expected at the end of May
- Assisting with supervision while parents attend engagements or short outings
- Encouraging bilingual language development (Russian and English)
- Supporting daily routines, including naps, hygiene and structured activities
- Engaging children in educational and age-appropriate developmental play
- Reinforcing Christian values within daily interactions
- Light meal preparation support and kitchen organisation assistance
- Maintaining children’s areas in a tidy and organised manner
- Occasional evening babysitting by agreement
- Emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
Minimal Requirements:
- Three or more years of private Nanny experience
- 2 excellent checkable references
- Conversational English + Russian
- Legal ability to work
