Our client, a lovely family are actively looking for a highly professional and qualified house managing couple, one person being a kitchen assistant and the other an all-rounder, to join their household on a full-time, permanent basis. The family estate is located in Egham (TW20). The family would be happy to find Russian speakers as the language is spoken at home.

This household operates with a complete team of dedicated staff, comprising a housekeeper and gardeners. The kitchen assistant's main duties involve kitchen upkeep, such as cleaning, vegetable preparation, fridge maintenance, grocery shopping, and general tidying tasks. Occasionally stepping in for the general housekeeping duties around the house, laundry and ironing (1/2 days per week).
The all-rounder primarily focuses on garden maintenance, assisting other staff, running errands, and managing the barbecue area. The all-rounder should possess a valid driver's license for shopping and errand-running purposes, with the ownership of a personal vehicle considered as a bonus.
This position is live-out, and a housing allowance is provided to assist with rental costs near the principal's residence.
The standard working schedule will be six days a week, typically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, the working hours may vary, as being part of a Domestic couple entails being available whenever tasks arise in the household. Therefore, we expect the successful candidates to demonstrate flexibility, diligence, organisation, reliability, politeness, and enthusiasm for their role, along with a willingness to establish a trustworthy and respectful relationship with the principals.

Main duties of the kitchen assistant:
- Housekeeping duties
- General and deep cleaning of the kitchen
- Managing stocks of groceries, cleaning products and household essentials
- Kitchen prep

- Setting and serving the tables
- Occasionally laundry and ironing
- Wardrobe management
- Running errands
Main duties of the all-rounder:
- Inside and outside maintenance
- Being responsible for all necessary repairs and adjustments
- Grocery shopping

Requirements for the domestic couple:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent checkable references
- Enhanced DBS check
- Russian
- Driving license / car owner
