We are delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and nurturing Russian-speaking Nanny to join a warm and welcoming family residing in a beautiful villa in Dubai. The family has two children – a girl aged six and a boy aged one year and four months. The family will fully cover relocation expenses for the successful candidate, ensuring a smooth and comfortable transition to Dubai.
The family are seeking a dedicated and professional Nanny who will focus on providing attentive, educational, and loving care for their young son, as the older child attends school and a variety of extracurricular activities during the day. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a genuine passion for children’s development, with a focus on nurturing the Russian language and encouraging age-appropriate learning through creative play.
The position is live-in, and the nanny will be provided with a private, well-furnished bedroom within the family’s villa. The accommodation offers comfort, privacy, and access to all necessary amenities, ensuring a pleasant living environment.

Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Providing full-time care for two children, focusing primarily on the one-year-old boy while the girl attends school and activities.
- Planning and engaging in stimulating, age-appropriate activities to promote the children’s development.
- Encouraging and maintaining the development of the Russian language.
- Cooking simple, healthy meals for the children.
- Supporting the family’s daily routines, including bath time, bedtime, and mealtime routines.
- Packing and unpacking for family travel and accompanying the family on trips to Russia and Europe during school holidays.
- Collaborating respectfully with the family’s housekeeper to ensure the smooth running of the household.
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny job:
- Three or more years of private nanny experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Pedagogical education
- Fluent Russian
