Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for a caring, flexible, and emotionally intelligent Nanny to join a young working family based in Dubai. The household comprises two adult principals and their 3-year-old child, and is run in a warm yet structured manner with a strong emphasis on support, loyalty, and long-term commitment. The family is seeking a Russian-speaking Nanny who will provide attentive care to their child while also offering valuable support to the mother.
The role would suit a professional who is nurturing, adaptable, and able to build a trusting relationship within the household. The family also has cats and a small dog, and occasional assistance with pet care is required.
This is a permanent, full-time position offered on either a live-in or live-out basis, depending on the candidate’s preference. For live-in candidates, comfortable accommodation is provided in the form of a private bedroom within principals' property. Working as a Nanny in this household involves supporting the daily routine of a young child, including nursery runs, playtime, and structured care throughout the day. A driving licence is highly desirable, as the role includes transporting the child to and from nursery.
The position also involves travelling with the family, including extended summer stays in Europe, providing consistent childcare support while the mother continues her professional commitments. Flexibility is essential, as occasional evening babysitting will be required.

Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Providing full childcare for a 3-year-old child
- Organising and supporting daily routines
- Driving the child to and from nursery
- Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities and play
- Supporting the mother with childcare and daily routines
- Travelling with the family, including extended summer stays in Europe
- Providing occasional evening babysitting
- Assisting with light pet care, including feeding and occasional dog walking
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised environment for the child
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny:
- Minimum of 3 years of private nanny experience
- Two excellent, checkable references
- Conversational level of Russian and basic English
- Driving Licence
