Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for a kind, energetic and warm Russian-speaking nanny to join a loving family residing in the picturesque village of Lightwater, Surrey. The family includes three children, with two aged 3.5 and 5 years old under the care of this role, and a younger child looked after by another nanny. The ideal candidate will be a true team player, with a genuine passion for childcare, pet friendly (as there are 2 cats in the house), and enjoy engaging the children in developmental activities whilst practising the Russian language.

Lightwater offers a tranquil environment with excellent transport links, perfect for a nanny who may be required to travel with the family, including trips to Russia. The accommodation provided is excellent, comprising a comfortable bedroom with an en suite bathroom, ensuring a private and restful space for the nanny.

The role of the Russian-speaking nanny is both rewarding and varied, encompassing general childcare duties tailored to young children, including light cooking of nutritious meals and the delivery of carefully planned developmental activities to support the children’s growth and learning. A key aspect of the role is using the Russian language to encourage and nurture bilingual skills within the children, fostering a strong cultural connection and enhancing their linguistic development. Main duties of the Rota Nanny:

General nanny duties including care and supervision of children aged 3.5 and 5
Light, basic cooking for the children’s meals
Planning and implementing developmental activities
Speaking Russian and encouraging the children to practice the language daily
Travelling with the family when required, including to Russia
Maintaining a warm, loving and energetic approach to childcare
Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
Collaborating as a team player with the nanny caring for the younger child

Requirements for this Rota Nanny job:

3 years of relevant experience
Checkable references
UK working permit
Driving license (bonus)
Self-employed status
Ability to travel internationally, including to Russia
