Job Overview:
Our household staffing agency has been approached by a lovely family residing in Chelsea, London, who are seeking a professional, warm, and emotionally intelligent Spanish-speaking Nanny to join their household on a permanent basis. The position offers flexibility to be either live-in or live-out, depending on the successful candidate’s preference. The family consists of four children aged 3, 6, 7, and 9, and already employs a full-time housekeeper, a driver, and an experienced nanny. The new nanny will work closely alongside the existing nanny to ensure the smooth running of the children’s daily routines.
Chelsea is one of London’s most desirable residential areas, known for its elegant streets, excellent schools, beautiful parks, and vibrant cultural scene. With superb transport links and a family-oriented atmosphere, it is an ideal location for a professional nanny seeking a long-term role.
The nanny will be responsible for general childcare duties, school and club routines, and basic cooking for the children. Although a driving licence is not required, the family’s driver will assist with school runs and activities.
The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is essential, as the family values bilingual development for their children.
If the role is taken on a live-in basis, the successful candidate will be provided with a private bedroom and en suite bathroom within the family home.

Working Days: 5 days per week, including 1 weekend day
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Working in close partnership with the existing nanny to coordinate children’s routines
- School pickups and drop-offs (assisted by the family driver)
- Escorting children to clubs, activities, and playdates
- Organising age-appropriate, engaging, and educational activities
- Supporting learning and supervising homework
- Preparing basic meals for the children (no special dietary requirements)
- Ensuring children’s bedrooms and play areas are kept tidy and organised
- Maintaining open and professional communication with parents and other household staff
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny job:
- 3+ years of relevant private experience
- Excellent checkable references
- Fluency in Spanish
- UK working permit
