Perfect Household Staff is offering a fantastic new full-time live-in housekeeper opportunity in Tunbridge Wells, UK. The family consists of two adults and a 7-year-old boy. They are in need of a professional full-time live-in housekeeper who possesses excellent communication and time management skills, along with reliability.

The family is the happy owner of a friendly 3-month-old puppy, therefore we are looking for a candidate who feels comfortable with dogs and has no allergies, and who can provide daily pet care.
We are searching for a dedicated professional who is seeking a long-term commitment.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced, initiative-driven, proactive housekeeper who is kind, flexible, adept at organizing a household to a high standard, dedicated to their profession, possesses a genuine passion for caring, and has the ability to be considered part of the family.
Tagalog language proficiency is required for the candidate, as the family wishes to immerse themselves in a language-rich environment.
The candidate will be responsible for the overall cleaning of the 4-story house, which includes one kitchen/dining area, 7 en-suite bedrooms, and a gym. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing/wiping down surfaces and dusting, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchens, emptying and loading the dishwasher, and handling laundry and ironing. The lady of the house is a wonderful cook; therefore, occasional cooking is required, as well as driving and occasionally looking after the children when both owners are out.
A separate, fully furnished apartment will be provided, covering bills and food for the right candidate.

Salary: 38 000 – 40 000 GBP / Year Gross + accommodation, paid bills, food.
Working Days: Mon-Fri, Saturday (once a month)

Requirements for this Housekeeper job:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent checkable references
- DBS check
- UK working permit
- Tagalog language
