We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced freelance butler to cater to the needs of our clients located in the exquisite setting of Dorset, Parnham Park. This temporary position requires the butler to have their own tails available, ensuring a professional and polished appearance throughout the assignment.

Duties:
Corporate Event Oversight:
- Ensure the seamless execution of a corporate event scheduled between 26.02.2024 and 29.02.2024.
- Take charge of all aspects to guarantee the event's success.
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their designated rooms, providing assistance and ensuring a comfortable stay.
- Organise and manage daily breakfast service for the 10 guests staying at the residence.
- Coordinate lunch service for up to 26 guests on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Execute dinner service on Tuesday evening for 26 guests.
- Offer and pour drinks for guests during various events.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organised bar area.
- Work in tandem with the chef and assistant responsible for the kitchen.
- Coordinate with 2 housekeepers to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
- Live-in or live-out option available. On-site accommodation provided as part of the package.
- Adapt to the dynamic schedule of the corporate event.
- Be available to work flexible hours as needed.
- Proven experience as a butler in high-end hospitality or private service.
- Impeccable grooming and attire, with tails available for professional appearances.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and protocols.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing event requirements.
