Our new clients, a private estate in Cowden, Kent, are currently seeking to hire a professional full-time live-in Domestic Couple Job.
The ideal Domestic couple will be able to work on their own initiatives and will be responsible for taking care of the household. The first person’s duties will focus on interior cleaning, cooking, and providing attentive care for a dog and a cat as needed. Additionally, this individual will be required to effectively communicate and coordinate with cleaning companies to ensure monthly deep cleaning, including window cleaning.

The second person will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of the house, including gardening, jet washing patios, leaf clearance, and the upkeep of the pool/jacuzzi. Furthermore, both individuals must possess strong communication skills to facilitate effective liaison with contractors regarding any maintenance issues.

Duties of full-time live-in Domestic Couple job:
- Planning menu
- Preparing daily meals
- Keeping kitchen clean and organiсed as well as kitchen equipment
- Comply with all Hygiene, Health & Safety Legislation
- Cleaning the bathrooms, including maintaining the bath, basin and toilet in a sanitary condition
- Undertaking the laundry, washing and ironing
- Changing bed linen regularly
- General household cleaning, dusting and polishing
- Maintaining the supply of cleaning materials and equipment
- Keeping cupboards, wardrobes and drawers tidy and well-ordered
- Looking after 1 dog and 1 cat whenever required
- Liaising with cleaning companies for monthly deep cleaning, including windows
- Gardening Jet washing patios, pool, jacuzzi
- Keeping clear of leaves
- Keeping general seasonal jobs (leaves/mowing)
- Liaising with contractors for any maintenance issues
- Running errands and shopping
- Airport runs (so clean/ valid driving license and willingness to drive are essential)
- Maintenance the property (handy work)
- Competence in the tech area such as television, printers are an advantage
Requirements for a Private Domestic Couple job:

The estate grounds cover 500 acres and are currently being restored. The main house is a seven-bedroom property with one kitchen, one living area, and also includes a jet pool and a jacuzzi.
