Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the property’s interior to impeccable standards, including deep cleaning, laundry, wardrobe organisation, polishing silverware, and ensuring all areas are beautifully presented for guests.
• Ensuring the home’s interior is impeccably maintained, including deep cleaning, wardrobe management, and care of high-value furnishings.
• Preparing daily meals tailored to the family’s preferences, catering for both casual dining and formal events.
• Maintaining the grounds to a pristine standard, including lawn care, seasonal planting, and overseeing water features.
• Providing attentive care for the family’s dogs, including feeding, grooming, and daily exercise.
• Handling minor repairs, overseeing contractors for larger projects, and ensuring all household systems are in optimal condition.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of family gatherings, from setting up venues to serving meals.
• Managing shopping, sourcing specialty items, and ensuring household supplies are always fully stocked.
• Monitoring property access, liaising with security teams, and ensuring the safety of the family and the estate.
• Coordinating packing and logistics for family travel, ensuring all necessary arrangements are completed seamlessly.
• Managing household budgets, maintaining records, and overseeing scheduling for estate operations.

Minimal Requirements:

• Five or more years of private domestic couple experience.
• Expertise in housekeeping, cooking, gardening, and general maintenance.
• Excellent, checkable references.
• Fluent English.
• UK working permit.
