Our new clients in West Sussex are currently looking to expand their private residence staff by hiring a professional full-time live-in domestic couple. The clients already have other domestic staff, including housekeepers, gardeners, managers, and another Domestic Couple.

The successful applicants will be provided with a separate fully furnished apartment with its own entrance. They should possess excellent teamwork skills, as they will be in regular contact with the other estate staff, sometimes on a daily basis.
Their main responsibilities will include household care, such as cooking, housekeeping, running errands, and driving. We are specifically looking for an experienced team consisting of a housekeeper and a handyman who have a responsible and proactive approach. Experience in hands-on household work and knowledge of all areas of large private residences is a plus. It is crucial that the couple has professional experience in private households and can provide verifiable references. Additionally, being tech savvy, familiar with the use of smartphones and smart home systems, is desired.

House Manager Duties:
- Handling of all bills and contractors
- Housekeeping and laundry duties, cleaning, general daily tasks
- General property maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing work, experience and knowledge of heating systems and also a variety of handyman duties
- Assist with security responsibilities of the residence, including monitoring of electronic security systems
- General errand running
- Driving
Housekeeper Duties:
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- Bathrooms and kitchen cleaning
- Laundry and Ironing
- Windows cleaning
- Beds linen changing
- General tidying up and upkeep of houses
- Cooking occasionally
All costs in relation to the accommodation are covered by the employer.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three 3 years similar work experience in a private household
- UK working permit
- Experience in hands-on household work and knowledge of all areas of large private residences
- Must be tech savvy (familiar with the use of smartphones, smart home systemetc…)
- Valid driving licence
