FULL TIME HOUSE MANAGER JOB

We are currently seeking an experienced house manager who will ensure the smooth running of our client's property in Chelsea London. Collaborating closely with the principals, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the household budget, coordinating with contractors, assisting with personal matters and providing chauffeur services when required.

The preferred candidate should possess excellent organisational and time management skills, be respectful, polite, and patient, demonstrating the ability to independently and successfully execute assigned tasks. Previous work experience and good knowledge of London is required in this position.
The principals, a friendly family who enjoy travelling. Usually travelling with the family is not required. However, the family will need the candidate to accompany them occasionally.
The family also have a small dog, making it essential that the house manager is comfortable with dogs, as there may be occasional requirements for dog transportation.

Duties of the live out house manager include, but not limited to:
- Handling household-related administrative tasks, such as managing bills, insurance, and contracts
- Managing households budget, tracking expenses, and making sound financial decisions
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation
- Liaising with the contractors
- Driving safely, providing transportation when needed
- Running errands
- 5 years of similar experience within a private family
- Excellent contactable references
- Full UK driving licence
- UK working permit
- Car owner (as a bonus)
