We are currently seeking an experienced household manager who is fluent in Russian to ensure the smooth operation of our client's three properties in South East and central London.

Working closely with two housekeepers, a handyman and gardeners, your main responsibility will be to maintain the family's comfort at the highest standards. We seek a reliable and dedicated House Manager who possesses excellent management and communication skills, as well as proficiency in housekeeping.
The ideal candidate will be organised, respectful, energetic, and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and organisational skills. They should also possess strong communication and leadership abilities, as they may be required to train other staff members.
The main estate is located to South East from London. The majority of the work (70%) will be in the main residence with the remaining 30% split between 2 others. The chosen candidate should be a confident driver.

Duties of full time House manager may include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring the smooth running of a household and servicing of principals and guests, usually supervising others but also providing service.
- Engaging and overseeing outside contractors, service providers and suppliers.
- Writing of household manuals and policy documents for owner’s approval.
- Staff training and development
- Household project management
- Maintenance of the property on a regular basis.
- Regularly interacting with owners to maintain direct communication and compliance with their needs
- Ensuring efficiency, harmony, and high morale throughout the household
Requirements for a Russian speaking house manager job:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- UK work permit
- Checkable references
- Driving licence
