Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and reliable housekeeper to support a welcoming family residing in a beautifully maintained two-storey, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home located in the charming village of Wisbech St Mary, near the market town of Wisbech in Cambridgeshire. This tranquil area offers a pleasant rural lifestyle, surrounded by scenic countryside, yet remains within reach of nearby amenities.
The family have a small dog who requires no care from the housekeeper, and there are no children to be cared for.
Working as a housekeeper in a private residence requires excellent attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive attitude. The role will focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the home, with particular attention to laundry, ironing, bathroom cleaning, and periodic deep cleans.
The family values flexibility and reliability, and the housekeeper will be trusted to work independently, ensuring the home remains clean and welcoming.

Working Days: Three days per week, preferably Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (flexible, including weekends if chosen by the housekeeper)
Working Hours: Four hours per day, preferably mornings between 9:00 and 13:00

Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper:
- General cleaning of all rooms to a high standard, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Washing and ironing clothing, bed linen, and towels, with careful handling of delicate fabrics.
- Managing the dishwasher and maintaining a tidy kitchen.
- Conducting deep cleans periodically, including bathroom sanitisation.
- Maintaining overall household cleanliness and organisation with minimal supervision.
- No cooking is involved.
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper job:
- Three or more years of private housekeeper experience.
- Two excellent checkable references.
- Conversational English.
- UK working permit.
