We are looking for a highly reliable and experienced part-time, live-out housekeeper for a permanent position in Blackmore, Essex. The household is located in a picturesque village, comprising a beautifully maintained property with four bedrooms, two floors, three bathrooms, and five spacious living areas. This is an informal household, where the family seeks someone to manage the daily housekeeping duties with flexibility, working 15-20 hours per week.

The home features premium materials such as marble, silverware, wooden floors, and expensive glass, all of which require meticulous care. The successful candidate will also be required to handle occasional wardrobe management and support with various ad-hoc tasks such as coordinating dry cleaning and shopping runs. While this is a family home, there are no pets, and a full-time nanny and gardener are already employed to assist with the day-to-day running of the property.

Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper:
- Caring for delicate materials such as marble, silverware, wooden floors, and glass surfaces.
- Dusting and polishing
- Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Sweeping and mopping
- Coordinating dry cleaning and handling occasional shopping errands
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers
- Washing, drying, and ironing laundry to a professional standard
- Supporting the family with various ad-hoc household tasks
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces, including counters, appliances, and sinks
- Occasional wardrobe management and organising closets
- Maintaining a high standard of organisation throughout the home.
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper job:
- 3 years of housekeeper experience
- Checkable references
- UK working permit
