Job Overview:
Perfect Household Staff is seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and adaptable Housekeeper to support a busy family with three children, aged 7, 5, and 3, in a beautiful four‑bedroom Victorian house located in the desirable area of North Evington, Leicester.
The role involves maintaining the household to an impeccable standard, including daily cleaning, laundry, cooking, and providing support with the children’s homework and routines. The successful candidate will also be comfortable welcoming guests, preparing and serving drinks, and attending to all other family requirements, ensuring a well‑organised, welcoming, and harmonious environment at all times.
This position can be offered on a part‑time or full‑time basis (20–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday), depending on the candidate’s experience and suitability. The family is seeking a long‑term candidate who can quickly adapt to their needs and become an integral part of their household, especially as they anticipate moving to a larger property in the near future.

Full-Time Housekeeper duties may include:
- Maintaining the household to an immaculate standard, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
- Preparing and cooking family meals, accommodating dietary needs as required.
- Supporting the children with homework, reading, and daily routines.
- Welcoming guests and serving drinks and refreshments with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting with errands, grocery shopping, and household provisioning.
- Organising and maintaining orderly living spaces and storage areas.
- Anticipating the family’s needs and responding promptly and reliably.
- Ensuring the security and privacy of the household at all times.
Requirements for This Full-Time Housekeeper job:
- 3 years of Housekeeper experience
- Fluent in English
- Checkable references
- DBS check
- UK working permit
