Perfect Household Staff is offering an exciting new part time live out housekeeper opportunity in Bromley (BR1). The family of 3 adults and 2 children is actively looking for a professional part time housekeeper with excellent communication and time management skills, known for their reliability.

The family own a dog and 2 cats and we are therefore searching for a person who has no allergies and is dog friendly.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced, initiative-driven, proactive housekeeper who is kind, flexible, adept at organising a household to a high standard, dedicated to their profession, possesses a genuine passion for caring.
The Candidate is expected to work 3 days per week and 9 hours per week. It is essential that the jobseekers applying for this role are ready to work on self-employed basis.
The candidate will be responsible for the overall cleaning of the 4-bedroom house, which includes kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing/wiping down surfaces and dusting, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, emptying and loading the dishwasher, handling laundry, preparing evening simple home-made meals.

Main duties of the Part Time Housekeeper:
- General cleaning, dusting and polishing, including bathroom
- Handling laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding clothes
- Maintaining the supply of cleaning materials and equipment
- Keeping cupboards, wardrobes and drawers tidy and well ordered
- Vacuuming, mopping floors and surfaces
- Wardrobe organisation
- Ensuring a well-organised and clutter-free living space
- Restocking supplies and toiletries as needed
- Preparing kids lunches for the next day
- Putting away the groceries when they are delivered
- Working with high level of integrity and trustworthiness
Requirements for this Part Time Housekeeper job:
- 3 years of housekeeper experience
- Checkable references
- UK working permit
- Self-Employed basis
