- Proficient in the maintenance and operation of home appliances, particularly Miele washing machine, dryer, ovens, and Dyson vacuums.
- Familiarity with steam mops and their effective use in cleaning various floor surfaces.
- Knowledge of proper techniques for cleaning and caring for silverware.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude towards feedback and instruction.
- Candidates with solid 5 star hotel experience will also be considered for this role.

Main duties of the Full Time Housekeeper:
- Providing an exceptional standard of service to the family and their guests
- Must be flexible and adaptable as will be part of the team rotating around 4 households
- Must be comfortable working around cats
- Upkeep of housekeeping standards and circulating throughout the properties and outside to ensure that all standards and operational flows are well maintained
- Cleaning and care of special materials, such as marble and other natural stone, silk, wood, and etc. Using provided cleaning equipment and detergents
- Care of bedroom suites, changing beds, replenishing linen, bathrooms, kitchen, garden.
- Attending to the needs of the homeowner and making their environment as comfortable as possible
- Supporting members of the operational house team to deliver the highest level of personal service to the family
- Liaising with the homeowner to ensure wardrobes and other requirements are well taken care of
- Assisting the day to day running and working in all areas of the laundry (washing, pressing, sorting, spot cleaning and dry cleaning)
- Trip planning and packing/unpacking for the homeowner
- Responding to any other ad hoc duties as required by the family – a high level of amenability and flexibility is required
- Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and living spaces, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organisation
- Expertly maintain home appliances, including Miele washing machine, dryer, ovens, and Dyson vacuums, ensuring optimal functionality at all times
- Utilise specialised knowledge to operate steam mops effectively, leaving floors sparkling and sanitised
- Carefully clean and polish silverware, preserving its elegance
Requirements for The Full-Time Housekeeper job:
- 3 years of housekeeper experience
- Checkable references
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, methods, and substances
- The ability to travel as required is an aspect of this role, hence a valid UK or EU passport is necessary
- The candidate should be flexible and open to changes in work schedules, including working on weekends and holidays, and performing duties outside regular housekeeping tasks as needed
- Legal Requirements: The candidate must be legally eligible to work in the UK, as well as travel within the EU when necessary
