We are seeking an energetic, organised, and flexible live-in housekeeper for a gentleman based in Kingston. The principal, a typical English gentleman, resides in a recently renovated property, which is his favourite among several homes. While he travels frequently, the busiest days are Fridays and Saturdays when his children and grandchildren visit. The property also houses two beloved German Shepherds that require daily care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a housekeeper who enjoys working closely with a house manager, has a love for dogs, and can bring attention to detail to the role.

As a live-in housekeeper, you will be responsible for all general housekeeping duties, ensuring the home remains spotless and organised. You’ll work with a committed team and have the chance to enjoy a varied workload.
A confident driver is required for this position, as you will be expected to handle tasks both within the house and outside, including errands and dog walks.
You will need to enjoy cooking and be able to support the family with meals, particularly on busy weekends.

Duties Include:
- All general housekeeping tasks (cleaning, laundry, and ironing)
- Caring for two German Shepherd dogs (walking, feeding, and general care)
- Cooking meals for the principal and family when required
- Collaborating closely with the house manager to ensure smooth daily operations
- Driving to complete errands and assisting with family needs
- Ensuring the home is maintained to a high standard, particularly during family visits
Minimal Requirements:
- Three or more years of private housekeeper experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Conversational English skills
- A UK working permit
- Confidence in driving, with a valid driving licence
