Perfect Household Staff is thrilled to present an outstanding part-time live-out housekeeper position located in Clapham, London for a family of two principals. We are in search of a dependable, industrious, and committed individual for a long-term position. Duties will involve assisting with table service and maintaining the kitchen, keeping the house clean, cooking, and handling laundry. We require a well-organised professional who takes pride in their work. The day will begin at 8:00 am.

Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper:
- Clean kitchen
- Tidy ground floor – plump cushions on chairs and sofas. Vacuum chairs and sofas on Mondays and Wednesdays. Vacuum floors and rugs on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Make breakfast (as requested) and coffee – serve in conservatory. Clear up breakfast, leave kitchen clean and tidy
- Tidy LGF - plump cushions on chairs and sofas. Vacuum chairs and sofas on Mondays and Wednesdays. Vacuum floors and rugs on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Clean and replenish cat water fountain Mondays and Thursdays. Replace filter every 4 weeks
- Make bed(s), tidy master bedroom and bathroom (wipe counters, sink and faucet, straighten towels, empty bin)
- Prepare dinner as requested (will provide recipes but also open to housekeeper’s recipes). Prepare can include chopping ingredients, marinating meat, preparing a casserole that can be put in the oven later
- Change out towels (hand and bath) on Mondays. Put used towels in laundry pick up bags
- Flip reeds in diffusers
- Organise linen laundry pick ups and deliveries / Organise dry cleaning pick ups and deliveries
- Organise cleaning supplies (seventh generation or method), loo roll, kitchen roll and napkin replenishments
- Fold or hang and put away any clean laundry
- Make sure fridge interior is clean and items are neatly arranged
- Put away grocery deliveries
- Once per week – clean cat autofeeder
- Put compost in compost bin daily. Take rubbish and recycling out when full. Take bins to the street the night before pick up. Put back in alley after they are collected
- Wipe noticeable fingerprints from light switches and glass
- Once per week – disinfect all door handles, light switches and loo flushes
- Make sure everything is put away in its place. Everything should have an exact place it goes and all storage labelled
- Use the dishwasher except for delicate items like ceramic, cooking knives and crystal, which should be hand washed. Only run when it is full. Empty dishwasher when it is clean
- Packing and unpacking suitcases occasionally
Requirements for The Part-Time Housekeeper job:
- 3 years of housekeeper experience
- Checkable references
- UK Work permit
