We are looking for a well-organised and energetic housekeeper with a flexible approach and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate has a robust knowledge of housekeeping products and practices, is comfortable or happy to learn cooking, and possesses a love for creating a welcoming and clean home environment and to keep the house always in clean and tidy conditions.

Your duties will encompass a wide range of housekeeping tasks, from ensuring breakfast table is set by 7:00 AM (for live-in candidates) to having dinner prepared and table set by 8 PM. Daily responsibilities include keeping the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and study room tidy; managing clothing and wardrobe organisation; disposing of garbage; and attending to the receipt and sending of parcels.

On a weekly basis, you'll be responsible for laundry, ironing, online grocery shopping, and the upkeep of the house, including dusting and plant care. Monthly tasks involve window and curtain cleaning, while quarterly responsibilities include taking suits for dry cleaning and attending to shoes.

You will also manage the house's ambiance through scents, candles, and flowers, and assist in packing and unpacking for travel. Organisational tasks such as labelling new clothes and tidying wardrobes are also required, alongside seasonal decorations and preparation for hosting duties. This role is more than just maintenance; it's about enhancing the daily life of a busy yet intimate family home.

For those interested in our live-in position, you will be provided with comfortable private accommodation, enabling you to live on the premises and become an integral part of the family's daily life. In the UK, there is a basement annex which has a bathroom on suit as well as a kitchenet.

Minimal Requirements:

- Five years of housekeeper experience

- Excellent checkable references

- Great Command of Russian

- Conversational English

- UK working permit and passport that allows to spend at least 60 days per year in Spain.

Commuting for live-out positions is a breeze, with Westminster being a hub of activity surrounded by robust public transportation links, ensuring your journey to work is as easy as possible. Nevertheless, we emphasise the need for candidates to be open to the idea of travel, including occasional trips to the family's residence in Ibiza (2 months of the year). A driving license is not required, but you would definitely enjoy the ability to drive around especially when you will be in Ibiza.
