PART TIME HOUSEKEEPER JOB

Job Overview:
Perfect Household Staff are pleased to present a part-time housekeeper position based in Corby, Northamptonshire. This is a live-out role for a professional and experienced housekeeper to support a family of four in their private home.
The family includes two working parents, two young children (6 months and 3 years), and a small Norfolk Terrier. They also employ a nanny three days a week. The house has four bedrooms with bathrooms, two offices, three reception rooms, a kitchen, and a dining room.
The housekeeper will work two days per week, ideally Monday and Friday, for 6 hours per day (12 hours per week). The salary is £18–£20 gross per hour. The preferred start date is mid to late June.
Duties include general housekeeping such as hoovering, cleaning the kitchen and offices, changing beds weekly, tidying, organising cupboards, checking children's items are in order, and liaising with the nanny. Additional tasks include window cleaning, sorting clothing, looking after coats, helping with flat packs, and looking after outdoor furniture. Light cooking may be requested from time to time.
The right candidate must be DBS certified, speak English, and be able to commute reliably. Driving is only needed for commuting. The family are looking for someone reliable, organised, and proactive.

Part-Time Housekeeper duties may include:
- Cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, reception rooms, and offices
- Hoovering and dusting throughout the home
- Changing bed linen once a week
- Organising cupboards and keeping the home tidy
- Sorting clothing and checking children’s items are in order
- Cleaning windows
- Liaising with the nanny regarding household routines
- Caring for coats and seasonal outerwear
- Looking after outdoor furniture (no gardening required)
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper Job:
- 3 years of Housekeeper experience
- Comfortable around dogs
- Valid UK driving licence
- Fluent in English
- Checkable references
- UK working permit
