Duties Include:
- Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks, from daily tidying to deep cleaning as required, ensuring all areas of the home remain spotless. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
- Manage the family’s laundry needs, including washing, ironing, folding, and properly organising garments, with careful attention to detail in handling various fabrics and clothing items.
- Maintain a neat and organised home by managing clutter and ensuring that toys, books, and other household items are returned to their proper places, showing attentiveness to daily tidying and maintaining order.
- Change and prepare bed linens as part of a set schedule to keep bedrooms fresh, clean, and inviting.
- Assist with simple, healthy cooking tasks when needed, which might include preparing snacks or light meals for the children or assisting with basic family meals.
- Sort and organise clothes to maintain functional and orderly wardrobes, with occasional seasonal wardrobe changes or decluttering as needed.
- Maintain a friendly and understanding approach in a home with children, being comfortable with and considerate of a family environment without requiring direct childcare.
- Complete any specialised cleaning or organisational tasks as requested by the client, including one-off projects or detailed seasonal cleaning.
- Follow and uphold the family’s established household routines to create a consistent and predictable environment.
Requirements for this Housekeeper job:
