This is a permanent, full-time nanny role for an enthusiastic childcare professional who loves engaging with children through creative and educational activities. The position involves all typical nursery duties, including preparing meals, organising age-appropriate games, and maintaining a safe and tidy environment. The nanny will also assist with light household duties connected to the children, ensuring the home runs efficiently day-to-day.

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00/8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility required)
Language: Fluent English

Salary: £35,000 gross per annum (depending on experience); contarct
Holidays: Standard entitlement plus additional time off when the family travels

Location: Fillingham, Lincolnshire (driving licence and own car required)

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, high-quality care for two young children, including morning and bedtime routines
- Plan engaging, educational, and creative indoor and outdoor activities
- Supervise swimming and outdoor play within the family’s private grounds
- Prepare balanced, home-cooked meals and snacks for the children
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the children’s rooms and play areas
- Manage children’s laundry and organise wardrobes
- Support nap and bedtime routines and ensure consistency in daily structure
- Foster positive early learning through storytelling, arts and crafts, and interactive play
- Offer flexibility for occasional babysitting or family travel when required
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum five years of experience as a private nanny in high-standard households
- Excellent verifiable references from previous employers
- Recognised childcare qualification
- Valid Enhanced DBS Check
- Full UK working rights
- Confident driver with own car (essential due to rural location)
