FULL TIME NANNY JOB

A lovely family based in Buckminster is seeking a flexible and reliable Nanny or Nanny / Housekeeper to assist in caring for their three children aged 4, 7, and 9, as well as to help with light household duties as needed. The family lives in a house with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a drawing room, dining room, study, kitchen, and a playing area. They prefer a live-out candidate but can offer a bedroom if required. The working hours for a live-in position will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with an approximate workload of 40 hours per week. As an alternative option, if live-out, the role may require working from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The role involves supporting the children with daily routines, including school pick-ups, preparing tea, assisting with bath and bedtime, and managing the children’s laundry. Cooking for children will form an important part of the role, including preparing healthy and balanced meals, baking, and occasional cooking activities with the children. During school holidays, the nanny may be required to work longer hours to accommodate additional activities and outings. Responsibilities will include organising and supervising activities, outings to the park, arts and crafts, cooking and baking with the children, and preparing lunch and tea. The family also has a Labrador, and occasional pet care will be expected.
The ideal candidate will speak good English, be bubbly, energetic, organised, and able to take initiative, whilst being confident in setting boundaries and providing gentle discipline when needed. The candidate should be passionate about children, reliable, and positive. The role includes paid annual leave of 20 days plus bank holidays. Occasional travel may be requested, though this is not essential.
The family maintains a no-smoking policy and expects full discretion and privacy. They are looking for someone to start around the 22nd of April, with a virtual interview process available immediately.

Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny Job:
- 3 years of Nanny experience
- Checkable references
