Perfect Household Staff is proud to present a fantastic opportunity for a professional and reliable Captain to work full-time on a private luxury Sunreef 60 catamaran in the Spain/Portugal region. This live-in position is ideal for a highly organised, adaptable, and diligent individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing private vessels. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the catamaran, coordinate a small onboard team comprising a cook and a deckhand, and ensure the vessel is maintained to the highest standard at all times.

The current Captain has resigned after several years of service, and the family are looking for someone to step into a permanent role as early as March. This position offers a 6/1 schedule, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and commitment. Candidates must hold a valid driving licence, as part of the role involves running ad hoc errands onshore, and be fully compliant with all legal documentation, including visas if applicable. The ideal candidate will be a non-smoker, non-drinker, responsible, reliable, and fully capable of maintaining discretion and professionalism onboard.

Working as a Captain in a private luxury setting requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to plan and organise itineraries, manage supplies, and coordinate the onboard team efficiently.
