The successful candidate will be offered a one-year contract with the possibility of an extension. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, and the family will travel extensively throughout the working year, so the nanny must be extremely flexible and willing to work alone for approximately two weeks each month. The nanny must be willing to travel with the family twice a year for 2-3 weeks.
The boy attends school until 15:30, and when the parents are in London, the working day is from 15:30 to 20:00, approximately. However, the nanny must be flexible and willing to stay late on occasion or take a day off when the parents want to spend time with their child.
The position can be Live OUT when the parents are in London, but Live IN when the nanny is in sole charge of the boy. The family can provide a separate flat near their property for a nanny who prefers the Live IN role full-time.
The position is permanent and comes with negotiable salary, and the family is looking for an active, responsible, warm, and bubbly nanny who enjoys bringing up children and takes pride in their profession. The duties include caring for the boy, taking him for walks, and organizing activities. The nanny must be sporty, active, and creative, enjoy singing, dancing, making crafts with the boy, arranging activities at home, reading in Russian, and organizing child social and physical development activities. The family is looking for a chatty nanny who can improve the boy's speech.
The family has a Sharpay dog, so the nanny must be comfortable with dogs and have no allergies. There is a housekeeper employed by the family, so the nanny will have no housekeeping duties.
